Participation at ISA2012 is open to all persons interested in atherosclerosis and associated fields.
To register, please complete the online registration form. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
Alternatively, click here to download the hard-copy registration form and post, email or fax to the Symposium Organisers with payment. Registrations will only be processed once payment is received.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Symposium must register. Invited Speakers, Chairpersons, Exhibitors and Sponsors will be provided with specific forms and asked to register.

The opportunity to download the abstract book prior to the Symposium
Allied Health Professionals only (e.g. nurse, nutritionist or dietitian) are entitled to register for this category. Registrants may be asked to provide evidence of their current employment as an Allied Health Professional. This registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Any individual enrolled at a tertiary institution and working towards either a BSc, MSc or PhD qualifies for the student rate. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Symposium. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to 'Conference by arinex'.
Cheques should be made payable to 'arinex pty limited on behalf of ISA2012'. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. The Symposium is unable to accept payments by direct transfer.
The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers at least more than ten (10) individuals. The Group registration form is available on request, please email the Symposium Mangers if you wish to register a group: isa2012@arinex.com.au
The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by Wednesday 8 February, even without the list of participants. The final list of participants must be submitted by Wednesday 29 February 2012. Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will have to be paid in order to process the group registrations.
Certificates of Attendance will be available via the Symposium Website at the conclusion of the Symposium.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to the Symposium.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Symposium and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Symposium, or through cancellation of the Symposium, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Symposium Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
