Welcome Reception

Venue: Hall 5 (within Trade Exhibition), Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre
Additional Tickets: A$70.00 per person

An invitation is extended to all delegates to attend the ISA2012 Welcome Reception. Immediately following the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Address, this function will be a great opportunity to network with old friends and meet new acquaintances as we welcome you to Sydney and the Symposium.

Young Investigators Networking Evening

Date: Tuesday 27 March 2012
Time: 1830 – 2000
Venue: Sydney Glass Island
Departure: King Street Wharf
Tickets: Included in registration fee for Young Investigators, but numbers are limited

Young Investigators are invited to spend an evening cruising the famous Sydney Harbour onboard the Sydney Glass Island. Celebrate and network with fellow Young Investigators, enjoying a selection of canapés and drinks while taking in the sites of Sydney.

Please note: Places are limited for the Young Investigators Evening and an upper age limit of 40 years applies. Young Investigators must be presenting at ISA2012. The Young Investigators Awards will be held as a separate function at ISA2012. Please refer to the Symposium program for further details.

Symposium Gala Party

Date: Wednesday 28 March 2012
Time: 7.00pm – 11.00pm
Venue: Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf
Tickets: A$125 per person

The Symposium Gala Party will be the highlight of the ISA2012 social program. Enjoy a fun and memorable evening of entertainment, fantastic food and local wines as you enjoy the company of fellow delegates. Doltone House is a unique heritage venue situated on the historic finger wharf at the newly restored Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont Point. It is a spectacular waterfront venue on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, with views of the Harbour Bridge, city skyline and darling harbour precinct. Guests will be treated to a truly unique experience – a cocktail style evening with live cooking stations, music and entertainment. Not to be missed!
